Live Free or Drown

Pastor Joel, Mrs. Angel, Hannah and Bekah have been absolutely wonderful to me since I've been working with the youth at Life Church. I really don't know how to thank them so much for putting up with some of my shennanigans haha. But really, I absolutely LOVE all of them.

Matthew Nance, I love you bro. You've been probably one of the best guy's I've been around that I could consider a brother.

Andre, thanks for always trying to set me straight when I was falling down. I know things have been rough but I appreciate it all!

Tonite was absolutely fun. I went with Matt to see The Pink Panther, then to Books-A-Million where I ran into Lyndie, then to Raising Canes and back to his house. We talked about several things tonite such as where the youth group is headed and what's coming up soon. I have just been ecstatic about the changes coming to the group. Especially going from about 6 to about 30...that's right about 30-40 students.

I've had a wonderful time.

I've been having feelings lately that I'm not giving enough of myself to God and I keep getting angry with myself because I continually let my guard down. Love is a big deal to me. Not necessarily in a relationship with the opposite sex, but love of people. It's a strong word and none of us deserve God's love but He continues to love us no matter how hard we fall.

It's absolutely amazing how one being so great and mighty could send his only son to earth to humble himself before man and give his life so we wouldn't have to bear the sins we all continue to commit. I always thought if you asked for forgiveness not to dwell on the past. It's so hard to move on, but God wants us to so we can stay focused on what he wants to do in us.

I've been struggling alot in my walk lately. I've been stressed out a school over scheduling and other problems. I'm not praying as much and I've been falling victim to visuals. . .Everytime I submit myself to it, I have to stop and pray because if I don't, I only become worse.

I'm going to start a prayer list on my blog soon and transfer it from post to post, so if you have anyone with special needs, please let me know so all of us can be praying for them.
